I don’t really know where to start, so maybe i’ll just say this: i’m doing something new. something that feels like a mix of courage and chaos. something that still makes me laugh a little when i think about it.

I’m starting a coffee business.
out. of. my. car.

Yeah, i know. it sounds wild. but lately, i’ve realized that maybe the best ideas are the ones that sound a little ridiculous at first.

It’s called 7006, pronounced seven thousand six. the name came easily. it’s a quiet nod to my dad, the man who made coffee look like a lifestyle. I grew up watching him start every morning with a cup, then somehow still make room for another after every meal. it didn’t matter how tired or busy he was; coffee always found its way into his hands.

And maybe that’s where the seed was planted. because as a kid, i couldn’t understand how something so bitter could bring someone so much comfort. But then i grew up. I tried my first cup. and suddenly, i got it.

Except my version’s a little different. I’m an iced coffee girl. I like mine clinking with ice, cold enough to wake my bones. My dad thinks it’s criminal. I say he’s missing out.

So, this is 7006.
A little mobile coffee business that’s more than just coffee. It’s about slowing down, doing something that feels like you, and letting the process be messy, fun, and honest. It’s me turning my car, bebo (not bibo the sourdough, for those who remember her), into something that carries warmth, conversation, and a bit of courage wherever it goes.

This space, right here, will be part journal, part behind-the-scenes, part “what in the world am i doing?” i’ll be sharing it all: the early mornings, the unexpected lessons, the chaos, the joy, and every tiny step in between. no gloss. no rush. just growth in real time.

And because i’m me, there’s a to-do list, of course:

• Make the logo (done, and yes, i cried when i saw it)

• Start the instagram page

• Design stickers

• Order beans, cups, lids, and maybe a few sanity savers

• Prep bebo for her big debut

• Test my recipe one last time (okay maybe a few more times lol)

• Learn how to parallel park like a pro (kind of important)

It’s a lot. and if i’m honest, i’m both excited and terrified. But i’ve decided that waiting to feel ready has kept me still for too long. ready is overrated; beginning is better.

So, grab a cup of coffee and settle in with me. Any coffee is fine for now; business hasn’t officially started yet. But once 7006 launches, you already know the rule, only our coffee is allowed here.
